Patient Portal

We offer our patients the option to communicate with us via our secure Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a web-based service that allows secure communication about non-urgent healthcare matters between patients and providers or staff.

Through the portal patients are able to:

  • Update contact information
  • Request a medication refill
  • Send non-urgent messages to our staff*
  • Fill out paperwork as requested
  • View upcoming appointments
  • View your outstanding balances/e-statements

To get set up with the patient portal, confirm your email with one of our front desk staff members either in-person or by calling us at 978-679-1200, and ask them to generate your new log in!


*For emergencies, please do not use the patient portal and instead call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, all appointments have been changed to telehealth visits until further notice. Clinic staff will be reaching out to all scheduled patients to coordinate telehealth visits. If you require a refill, please call the refill line or utilize the patient portal.
